I built VIDYA from the inside out, from my own decade-long Breathwork practice, my own nervous system rebuild, my own work of learning how to come back to a body I'd taught myself to override. I founded this company in 2015 because the work changed my life, and I've spent every year since training facilitators, building the science, and refining the practice.

The Flow

🗓️ Day 1: Arrive. Land, exhale, put the phone away. Opening circle at sunset.

🗓️ Day 2: Soften. Morning breathwork. Slow food. Afternoon integration. Evening sound bath. The week begins to land.

🗓️ Day 3: Move. The deepest breathwork day. Ocean immersion. Somatic release. The day the year you've been carrying starts to leave your body.

🗓️ Day 4: Receive. A journey into what's next, not as strategy, but as felt sense. Breathwork at sunset.

🗓️ Day 5: Return. Close the circle. Integration practice. Leave with a 30-day protocol so this doesn't stay in Bali.
